MEL KAY

Since graduating WAAPA in 2015 Mel Kay has so far toured WA & has also been flown out to perform through Big Skye Entertainment. She has toured the Pilbarra, and Darwin twice successfully. Mel has had multiple songs that she has written played nationally & internationally on commercial radio. Her recent track PHOENIX was nominated top 6/1400 in EDM music in WA at the WAM awards 2019. The song was also picked up by 98.5fm & played nationally on radio show Aussie Grown Across The Nation. A recent international collaboration with UK producer BACKFALL has also made it to the top 12/6000 entries for EDM music in the international songwriting competition: Unsigned Only.
